Open = nobody has it. Held = someone said yes, not paid. Sold = paid or firm. Staff table = bought for North Star staff members; type the sponsor's name. Reserved = not for sale. Names on Sold, Staff, and Reserved tables show on the public map. Rows fill front to back: Platinum in the lowest open numbers, then Gold, then Silver.

Post each tree, live auction item, silent auction item, or raffle prize as a business commits it. Type the business in "Donated by". Check "Received" once it's picked up or delivered (private, for our tracking). A photo makes it; photos shrink on your phone before upload. Uncheck "Show" to keep it off the site until you're ready.
Every business and family that gives. Logo is optional; a name is enough. Table sponsors are not added here automatically, so add them when they pay.
